ION products are engineered to perform in demanding conditions. Every product we make carries a statutory 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use conditions.

WHAT IS COVERED

• Seam separation or failure under normal use (wetsuits)
• Zip failure due to manufacturing defects
• Delamination of neoprene panels
• Buckle, closure, or hardware failure under normal use (harnesses)
• Stitching failure in apparel under normal wear
• Structural defects in protection gear (knee pads, back protectors, helmets)

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

• Normal wear and tear (fading, surface abrasion, loss of elasticity over time)
• Damage caused by incorrect care (machine washing, tumble drying, direct heat)
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
• Items purchased from unauthorised resellers

HOW TO CLAIM

To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team at customerservice-b2c@boards-and-more.com with:

1. Your original order number or proof of purchase
2. Clear photos of the defect
3. A short description of how the defect occurred

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Depending on the nature of the defect, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
