DISPATCH & PROCESSING
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (CET) on business days are typically dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. All shipments originate from our warehouse at Rabach 1, A-4591 Molln, Austria.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. ION is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
All prices shown on ion-products.com are inclusive of VAT for EU customers. Non-EU customers will have VAT deducted at checkout where applicable.
