DAYS TO RETURN
ION voluntarily extends the statutory 14-day right of cancellation by 7 additional days. You have 21 days from receipt of your order to return any eligible item — no questions asked.
HOW TO RETURN
Notify us within 21 days
Contact our customer service at customerservice-b2c@boards-and-more.com or by post to Boards & More GmbH, Rabach 1, A-4591 Molln, Austria. State your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Pack securely in original packaging
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Products with broken hygiene seals cannot be returned.
Send back within 14 days
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. You bear the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Receive your refund
We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method at no additional charge.

The right of cancellation does not apply to:
- Custom or special-order items made to your specification
- Items with broken hygiene seals (certain neoprene accessories)
- Items that have been used, worn, or show signs of damage beyond normal inspection
