Standard delivery within Europe takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery is available at checkout (1–2 business days). International orders outside the EU may take 7–14 business days depending on customs processing.

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over €100 within Europe. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout. We also offer free returns within 21 days.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team at customerservice-b2c@boards-and-more.com. After dispatch, you can still return the item under our standard returns policy.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

You have 21 days from receipt of your order to return any unworn, unwashed item in its original packaging. ION voluntarily extends the statutory 14-day cancellation right by 7 additional days. Simply contact us to initiate a return.

All ION products carry a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use. Damage from wear and tear, misuse, or improper care is not covered.

Seam separation within the 2-year guarantee period is covered. Please contact our team with photos of the defect and your order number. We will arrange repair or replacement depending on the extent of the issue.

Use the size chart on each product page — ION wetsuits are sized by height and weight. A snug fit is normal; the suit should feel tight on land but move freely in the water. When between sizes, go up for comfort or down for warmth retention.

Rinse wetsuits in fresh cold water after each use and dry away from direct sunlight. Never use a tumble dryer or washing machine. ION apparel can be machine-washed at 30°C inside-out with similar colours. Always check the care label.
