1. SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through ion-products.com and this demonstration platform. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. PRICES & AVAILABILITY

All prices shown include VAT at the applicable rate for your region. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of our order confirmation email.

3. SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €100. Express shipping is available at additional cost. Delivery times are 2–5 business days within the EU.

4. RETURNS

You have 30 days from receipt to return any item in original condition. Products must be unworn, with all original tags attached. Return shipping is free for EU customers.

5. WARRANTY

ION products carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and damage caused by misuse are not covered. To make a warranty claim, contact support@ion-products.com.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
